Returns Policy
From time to time customers may find that a product we supply may develop a minor fault. Should this occur during your guarantee period we can arrange for your goods to be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer. Initially we ask that you report any fault via email to aftersales@thebabyscastle.co.uk . You may be asked to send digital images to illustrate the fault where possible. This will assist us and help you by keeping all of your correspondence documented.
Your Right To Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order with us at any time within 7 days of your goods being delivered. For goods which have not yet been delivered please email sales@thebabyscastle.co.uk .
Please note that if your order has been processed we will be unable to cancel it and therefore return costs should be paid by you.
If the delivery address refuse to accept the goods or you fail to respond to a notification of attempted delivery your order will be returned to us and you will be charged for the order to be re-sent to you.
Returning Goods
If you choose to return goods to us you must use a recognised courier and ensure that you obtain a tracking number and insurance to cover the value of the goods should any damage or loss occur during transit.
Arranging Collection for Goods
If you would prefer for us to arrange a courier to collect the goods from you we would charge a fee of £10 for the first 10 kilos and £0.48 per kilo thereafter.
Packaging
It is your responsibility to ensure that goods are packaged securely to prevent further damage during transit. Inadequately packaged goods will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Details of Fault
You must supply full details of the fault you have experienced in an envelope fixed to the outside of the box.
Replacement / Repaired Items
Once your goods have been inspected by the manufacturer we will advise you on their decision as to whether they are willing to repair or replace your goods or if they believe their product was not at fault.
